  • Is this a diet plan or a coaching program?

    It's both, and it's neither. You get a personalised weekly meal plan written by a dietitian and reviewed by a doctor, and you get a human coach who reads your progress daily. If you want a PDF and silence, we're not for you.

  • Do I need to eat kale, quinoa or imported food?

    No. Our plans are home-style Indian — roti, dal, sabzi, idli, poha, thepla, biryani, whatever your kitchen already cooks. Our dietitians adapt to your regional food, not the other way around.

  • I have PCOS / thyroid / diabetes. Can you help?

    Yes. Every plan is reviewed by an MBBS doctor who reads your reports before your dietitian writes a line. For PCOS, thyroid, pre-diabetes, PCOD and hypertension, we run a protocol designed with an internal medicine physician.

  • How quickly will I see results?

    Most members notice less bloating and better energy in week one. Visible weight change typically starts around week three, and lasting body composition change takes eight to twelve weeks. We measure weight, waist, sleep and mood — not just the scale.

  • What if I don't like it?
